Dr. Kellyn is a pelvic floor physical therapist and owner of SóL Pelvic Wellness Studio. She will be presenting on the importance of proper core activation and how to engage the correct muscles to support your body through safe movements. She also will be providing a diastasis recti screening for each women in attendance.
Revolution Health
Jess is a licensed mental health counselor and certified personal trainer passionate about helping chronic dieters finally find peace with food and fitness. She will be moving you through a 45 minute full body routine with an emphasis on strengthening your core. All movements can be modified for skill level or physical limitation.

Pelvic Floor Prep for Your New Year’s Fitness Goals
As the new year approaches, many of us will set health and fitness goals. But if you experience pelvic floor dysfunction, starting a new workout routine can feel daunting. This workshop is designed to give you the knowledge and tools to exercise safely while protecting your pelvic floor. You’ll learn how to engage your core properly, create an effective warm-up routine, and modify exercises to prevent worsening symptoms like urinary incontinence, prolapse, or diastasis recti. Plus, we’ll share strategies to manage these symptoms during exercise, so you can move with confidence and avoid discomfort.
